Alanya Investment presents our own project of Kurt Tower Tosmur Residence. This project combines a good location, gorgeous views, modern infrastructure, and high-quality construction.
Alanya Investment is a part of the construction company Kurt İnşaat. We are a full-cycle construction company: from the development and construction of a project to the management of already built houses. Kurt Group is a family company that has been building quality homes in Alanya for over 12 years. We have our own architectural and design bureau, sales department, furniture studio, and after-sales service. Thanks to this structure, we easily cover all the needs of customers in our villages; we do it quickly and efficiently.
Tosmur is the closest area to the center of Alanya. The mountain river Dymchay flows through the district, on the banks of which we are building our residential complex Kurt Tower. Dimcay brings a breath of fresh air from the high Taurus Mountains. A walking area with benches and gazebos has been built along the river. At sunset, it’s nice to walk along the fast river, breathe in the fresh air and watch the geese and fish in the crystal clear water.

All apartments in Kurt Tower have a modern design with light colors and porcelain stoneware floors. Optionally, you can install a floor heating system in the bathroom or throughout the apartment. Bathrooms are equipped with built-in furniture, sanitary ware, shower cabins, and faucets.
The kitchens are equipped with built-in painted MDF kitchen furniture with granite countertops, a sink, and a faucet. In the kitchen furniture, there are places for built-in household appliances, and appropriate communications are carried out.
